On a scale of hardcore, cross-country firepower, the 2022 KTM 250 XC TPI rates as a 11. Sharing most of its DNA with the KTM 250 SX, it boasts the same awesome 2-stroke acceleration and top-end scream but merges that with a remarkably lightweight chassis, fuel-injection technology, and an 18″ rear wheel. This means it totally decimates the competition off the line but has the legs to keep the fight going.

The 250cc 2-stroke engine has plenty power and torque, but remains light enough for riders to muscle their way through the toughest obstacles. Thanks to state-of-the-art engineering, innovative 2-stroke design and revolutionary TPI fuel injection technology, the powerplant is even more refined than ever before. The compact and lightweight 2-stroke is a great choice for offroad riders who want usable enduro performance that is ready to conquer in the most extreme terrain.
Chassi
The KTM 250 XC TPI is built around a high-tech, lightweight chrome-moly steel frame, which provides class-leading levels of handling, rideability, precision, and stability. Designed to take the hardest of hits, the frame itself acts as a shock absorber for the front and rear suspension, soaking up any jumps and jolts. The frame also features an extra-light subframe made of aluminum, which tips the scales at less than 2 pounds, keeping the weight low and the speed stellar.
Ergonomi og komfort
All KTM XC models are equipped with adjustable, high-strength aluminum tapered handlebars made by NEKEN. These can be mounted in four different positions. Standard with ODI vulcanized grip on the right side and a comfortable ODI lock-on grip on the left, your only worry is hanging on, and letting rip.
Bodywork og dekaler
The 2022 KTM XC Range receives a distinctive visual update, taking the bike even closer to the RED BULL KTM FACTORY RACING look, with a new blue seat and the distinctive motorsport finishing touch; the orange frame.
Programvare og elektronikk
KTM EXC TPI models feature the most modern engine management system of any 2-stroke off-road motorcycle. By reading various sensor data inputs, such as intake and ambient air pressure, throttle valve position and water temperature, the control unit optimizes ignition timing and the amount of fuel to inject at all altitudes and conditions.
