A formula for victory, the 2021 KTM 450 SX-F FACTORY EDITION comes with a list of updates including KTM’s proprietary Connectivity Unit as standard, which allows every rider to explore the potential of the innovative myKTM app straight out of the showroom.
Motor og Eksos
The 450 cc engine is the ultimate powerhouse when it comes to KTM’s competitive motocross range. Its compact, lightweight design features a single overhead camshaft cylinder head, fueled by a highly advanced electronic injection system. This enables the impressive power to be distributed extremely efficiently throughout the rev range. Even with its super-beneficial electric starter, this model is still the lightest 450 cc engine on the MX market.
CHASSI
The frame on the KTM 450 SX-F FACTORY EDITION is made of professionally crafted hydroformed Chromium Molybdenum steel tubes which are robot welded for the highest levels of consistent quality and strength. The frame stiffness is designed for optimal handling, comfort and high-speed stability. The orange powder coated frame is fitted with color matching frame protectors and a carbon fiber reinforced skid plate.
ERGONOMI OG KOMFORT
All KTM SX models feature a seat that perfectly matches the range’s dynamic performance-oriented ergonomics. The seat cover features silicone strips that provide better feel and grip for the rider. The seat is conveniently fixed to the bike using one long, lateral screw, making it secure and easy to handle.
BODYWORK OG DEKALER
The new aggressive-looking graphics were designed to send a clear message to the competition that this is not a bike that should be taken lightly.
PROGRAMVARE OG ELEKTRONIKK
A strong lithium ion 2.0 Ah battery breathes life into the engine, while adding very little to overall vehicle weight. The lightweight battery and wiring harness are centralized in a compartment above the air filter box, allowing removal of the subframe without moving the electronics.
